You’ll find our office and show flat in our property Parkway Gate, located next door. Both properties are centrally located for shops, bars and restaurants and Commonwealth Games sports facilities. Manchester University, Manchester Business School and City College are all within a 5 minute walk and Manchester city centre is only a 5-10 minute walk away.

New Medlock House and Parkway Gate are right next door to each other and therefore are run as one property. Not only do you get to benefit from all that New Medlock has to offer but you can also benefit from the facilities next door.

This property offers a great choice of en suite rooms in 2-8 bedroom flats so you can share with friends as well as a range of studios if you'd prefer to live independently. There’s also a laundry room and bike storage. 4Mb in-room internet access, contents insurance and all utility bills are included in the price. Wi-Fi internet access is available in a limited number of flats.
