Where is it?
This place sits within the University Halls district of Victoria Park and is really close to MMU Elizabeth Gaskell campus, the city centre and Piccadilly. It's also just 10 minutes walk to Oxford Road and Rusholme - home to the famous curry mile, great for starting or ending a night out. Plus, having the main bus route run directly past the property gates means it's even easier to get around.
What do I get?
A Victorian building with a new annex at the rear, there's a great choice of apartments for you and your mates, plus we also have 3/4 beds as standard. All rooms in the annex are en-suite with good-sized study rooms. The older part of the building has a mix of en-suite and standard rooms, which have both baths and showers. Plus, each bedroom in the Victorian part of the building is different. On top of this, there's also a landscaped courtyard - perfect for those sunny days in Manchester, and internet included. So, all-in-all, this is quite a unique place to live. 2mb wireless Internet access, contents insurance and all utility bills are included in the price.
