Hi HOMESTAY MANCHESTER. I have available a 2 bedroom flat on a homestay basis to international students. Already, we host students from around the world and help them settle in to life here in Manchester, UK. We are always here to help, very friendly brother and sister who are students. As a homestay service we offer evening meals from Monday to Friday and keep supplies for breakfast, cleaning and toiletries stocked. Within the service we clean & offer laundry. The rent includes ALL bills including gas, electric, water rates & council tax. There is also cable TV & FREE wireless Internet broadband. If you do need any help with English then tuition is offered at an extra cost per hour. However, we help with any small enquiries free of charge. The rooms are large with single bed, desk, wardrobe with clean linen provided regularly. There is a kitchen with electric oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery and dishes. So all you have to do is move in without setting up any bills or buying anything new. The flat is very close (7 min walk) to bus route number 86 which takes you direct to the city centre - easy access to all colleges, universities, Oxford Road and trendy Chorlton. The number 15 bus takes you directly to world famous Wilmslow Road (The Curry Mile). Also very close is world famous Manchester United football stadium. All of this service is £125 per week per person. The largest room has 2 single beds so can negotiate a price if 2 people want to share 1 room. Rent is usually paid 4 weeks in advance with minimum 4 weeks stay. However, we do consider shorter stays, rent negotiable.
