Where is it?
Parkway Gate and New Medlock House are located a 5-10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Manchester and are only a few minutes’ walk from the main Manchester Metropolitan University campus. We’ve joined together with New Medlock House right next door to give customers the best of both worlds: you’ll find our office and show flat in Parkway Gate, but you can also use the facilities at New Medlock House. There are great transport links, so a short bus ride will also take you to the bustling student area of Fallowfield and right into the heart of the city. There are a number of bars, clubs, theatres and restaurants nearby. Oxford Road train station and a Metrolink station are only 5 minutes’ walk from the property, meaning that everything Manchester has to offer is within easy reach.
