This flat is very well situated close to Leicester University and DeMonfort University. We have had many foreign students stay in this flat and they have been very pleased with the accommodation and proximity to the University and close to the City. The flat is very large and spacious. There are 5 bedrooms each bedroom has a wardrobe, bed, desk, chair, bedside table. The flat is very well presented, fully carpeted and well decorated. There is a communal dining area with a table a chairs. The flat has 2 bathrooms. One with a toilet and wash basin and the other has a toilet, wash basin, bath and shower. The kitchen is fully complete with fridge, washing machine, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, pots, pans and cutlery. The flat is centrally heated.
