A very short walk away from the city centre, Aston and BIAD, it is well worth the money! Fully furnished, with 3/4 bed, large desk and storage space, a big ensuite with shower (powerful!). Overlooking the rest of the halls. No traffic noise heard. Bike storage, car storage (at a cost), gym available. Flatmates are very friendly. Shared kitchen with all expected appliances, lots of storage and fridge space again, and seating area. There is also laundry facilities and a common room, nice and helpful staff.
